Evidence and Claims Policy

Arcore publishes only claims we can substantiate through public documentation, verifiable artifacts, or clearly labeled forward-looking plans.

Allowed claim types

  • Documented platform capabilities with corresponding product documentation.
  • Published standards alignments when scope and assumptions are explicit.
  • Roadmap statements labeled as planned, preview, or in-progress.

Restricted claim types

  • Unpublished customer outcomes, satisfaction scores, or performance metrics.
  • Absolute guarantees unless backed by contractual SLA documentation.
  • Unqualified statements implying certification/attestation where none is published.
